DAY1  You are brave. 

You are brave.

Your life was not easy. In fact, no one gets to live an easy life, no matter how flawless it seems from the outside. You are not an exception. This means that you are standing here today, because you’ve made it through those challenging times. You’ve been a victim, a survivor, and a hero. You didn’t run away or give up on your life. You stayed alive and showed up. Now you are standing in the arena that you chose to be in,going all in, giving it all you’ve got. 

You are already brave. You are already a hero. That’s who you are. 

你很勇敢 

你很勇敢，你的人生並不簡單。實際上，無論外在看似多麼完美無缺，沒有人的生活是容易的，你也不例外。今天能夠站在這裡，代表你已經撐過了那些最艱難的時刻。你是受害者、倖存者，也是英雄。你沒有逃離或是放棄自己的人生。你仍然活著，並選擇現身面對。你正站在你所選擇的競技場內，竭盡全力呈現你的一切。你已經非常勇敢、已經是位英雄。這就是你。 

당신은 용감합니다. 

당신은 용감합니다. 당신의 삶은 쉽지 않았습니다. 사실 아무리 겉보기에는 흠잡을 데가 없어 보여도 쉬운 삶을 사 

는 사람은 아무도 없습니다. 당신도 예외는 아닙니다. 그것은 당신이 그 힘든 시기를 이겨냈기 때문에 오늘 이곳에 

서 있다는 것을 의미합니다. 당신은 피해자이자, 생존자이고, 영웅입니다. 당신은 당신의 삶에서 도망치거나 포기 

하지 않았습니다. 당신은 살아 있고 나타났습니다. 지금 당신은 당신이 선택한 경기장에 서 있습니다. 전력을 다해

You love to set higher goals and you enjoy seeing progress and improvement in what you do.

You are passionate, you are driven, you are wholehearted, and you are special.

And what if I told you that there’s actually nothing you have to do, and there’s not a single thing you have to change about yourself?

Everything about you is perfect.

Your life is flawless.

You are worthy by default, even if you think you’re lazy, or you’re an occasional hypocrite, or you’re not smart enough.

Who you are and what you do is different.

You are not defined by just one chapter in your life.

You are 100% lovable throughout your entire life.

Go ahead and exceed your expectations, not because you are unlovable, but because you can.

 

你的一切都很完美 

你樂於為自己立下高標準、期待工作上的進步與成長，你為人熱情、充滿鬥志 

和誠意，你非常特別。如果我說你完全不需要改變，也不需要逼自己做任何事 

情呢？你的一切都很完美。你的人生沒有缺點。你原本就充滿價值。你也許會 

覺得自己懶散、偶爾有些虛偽，或是不夠聰明，但你的本質與行為不盡相同， 

你的人生不該只被單一章節定義，你一輩子都很可愛。你該超越自己的期待， 

不是因為你不夠討人喜愛，而是因為你有能力達成。
